抽油杆悬挂器的研制与应用

Abstract: With the use of gas injection to carry out the large-scale tertiary recovery of the carbonate reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield, at present, a sucker rod is needed to take out before the gas injection operation. And after the gas injection is stopped, it is necessary to reenter the sucker rod to resume production. The operation is cumbersome, which affects gas injection, production efficiency and high operation cost. For this purpose, the rod hanger and disassembly tool are specially developed. The sucker rod hanger and the tubing hanger are thread connected, the outer wall of the thread has adopted the chute design, and the bottom is thread connected with the sucker rod. During the gas injection operation, pull the rod up through the pump barrel, remove the polished rod, connect the rod hanger and sucker rod, and use the special tool to fix the sucker rod hanger with the tubing hanger at the wellhead. When the oil well stops flowing, use special tools to remove the sucker rod hanger and lower sucker rod, then the rod pump will be put back into the pump barrel to connect the polished rod to resume the production. The field application shows that this tool can avoid pulling out pumping rod before the gas injection, which can greatly improve the operation efficiency, save the cost of downhole operation, and has a wide application prospect. 

摘要: 随着塔河油田碳酸盐岩油藏注气三采的大规模开展,目前有杆泵井注气前需要起甩抽油杆,油井注气停喷后,还需组下抽油杆,才能恢复机抽生产,存在施工繁琐,影响注气、生产效率,施工成本高的问题。为此,专门研制了抽油杆悬挂器和专用拆卸工具,抽油杆悬挂器与油管悬挂器通过丝扣连接,丝扣外壁采取过流槽设计,底部直接与抽油杆采取丝扣连接。当机抽井需要注气时,上提抽油杆至有杆泵出泵筒,卸下抽油光杆,连接抽油杆悬挂器与井内抽油杆,采用专用工具将抽油杆悬挂器固定在井口油管挂处。当油井停喷后,采用专用工具将抽油杆悬挂器拆除,续下抽油杆,将有杆泵放回泵筒,连接光杆,恢复机抽。现场应用情况表明,该工具实现了注气前免起甩抽油杆作业,可大幅提高油井注气、机采时效,节约修井成本,具有广阔的推广应用价值。
